Consensus Opinion

This person has a good arterial flow, especially as he has iliac stenosis. The right popliteal artery is in between mono and biphasic but this could be down to operator error with the probe angle. Further assessment is required here, such as an ABPI assessment and further symptom questioning as well to fully inform the clinical picture.
